Meet Cindy Hartzell
I have been raised enthralled by
my special bond with animals. I
pursued my interest with them by
becoming a veterinary technician
in 1988. Ten years later I moved
with my husband to Truckee, CA
and together we started our
veterinary practice, CritterCare
Mobile Veterinary Clinic.

In 2002, following completion of my animal communication certification I
began my professional career as an animal communicator by establishing my
business, HeartSoul Natural Animal Communication.
My efforts to bring people closer to their animals and their awareness of the
synergy existing between humans and other species hasn't been limited to
just being capable of "pet talk" (animal communication).
Concurrent with my sessions in Animal Communication I have developed a
private practice in the field of Equine Assisted Coaching since 2008. I offer
sessions in multiple discipline including coaching through equine
communication, Reiki with aromatherapy, and Raindrop Therapy for horses.
My belief is that helping your horse(s) to stay physically, emotionally and
mentally balanced is an important part of your partnership. For further

I am certified in the following areas: Equine Experiential Learning and
Coaching, EAGALA horse specialist, Reiki Master, and Animal Intuitive.
Always seeking new modalities to enrich the lives of horses and her clients, I
am currently working towards certification as a “Touched by a Horse” coach
and Equine Aromatherapy, while concurrently completing my Parelli Natural
horsemanship level II student certification.
Finally, I am currently working with a fellow Equine Assisted Coach, who is
also an award winning photographer and published author. Our unique and
inspiring team is collaborating on a variety of self-discovery and
empowerment workshops that, in addition to my HeartSoul Natural
Animal Communication business, will facilitate in a nationwide platform,
others individual search for enlightenment.
